Thank you for your continued use of Investment & Romance PATOLO.
We would like to inform our members of a change in our fee structure.
● Summary of the revisions
The following changes will be implemented from February 1, 2024.
① Change name of payment item
The name of the fee will be changed from "Agent Fee" to "Schedule Adjustment Fee".
There are no changes to the content itself.
②PATOLO usage fee abolished
We will abolish the PATOLO usage fee of 11,000 yen that was incurred for each date setting.
As a result, the payment details at the time of setup will show "Talent Fee" and "Tip (Transportation Expenses)".
*A scheduling fee will be added for custom-ordered dates.
③About consumption tax
Taxes were previously charged at the time of date application, but will now be taxed at the time of point purchase.
④ Point system change
1pt = 1.1 yen.
(Example) If you pay 50,000 yen, you will receive 45,454 points. *Decimal points are rounded down.
Additionally, the bonus offered when purchasing points will be changed.
Bonus is only applicable if you purchase points through the bonus section on the points purchase screen (the following 5 patterns).
Applicable date
This applies to date setting offers received on or after February 1, 2024.
*If you apply for a date on or after February 1st, 2024 by January 31st, 2024, you will be charged the old rate.
*For custom-ordered dates, points will be settled once the date details are finalized.
Please note that depending on when the booking is finalized, the price displayed at the time of application may differ.
● System Maintenance
Due to these changes, we will be performing maintenance on the member site on the following dates.
February 1, 2024 (Thursday) 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM
*The PATOLO member site will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
● Background of the change in the fee structure
PATOLO had a soft opening in July of this year, and despite the fact that the operation was not smooth,
We are truly grateful that so many of our members are using our service.
We have received over 150 responses to our feature improvement surveys, and we have reviewed each and every one of them internally.
Among the most frequent comments we received was, "It's difficult to understand how much the setup costs will be."
Therefore, we have decided to implement changes aimed at making pricing displays simpler and easier to understand.
We will continue to work diligently and sincerely to create a matching platform that satisfies everyone.
