A. Photos that are heavily edited or where part of the face is obscured will not be approved. PATOLO has established photo review criteria, and photos that do not meet these criteria will be deleted (rejected). The reason for any deficiencies will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.
[Common reasons for rejection]
- Excessive processing: Other image editing besides skin brightness correction (such as contour deformation, eye enlargement, or stamping) is not permitted.
- Face concealment: Part of the face is hidden by a mask, hand, or smartphone.
