If you quickly press the "Search" button immediately after changing your search criteria, the system may not be able to process the changes quickly enough, and the results may not be reflected correctly.
1. Steps to resolve the issue When performing a search, please follow the steps below.
- Change/select search criteria
- **Confirm that the number displayed in the "Number of Results (Hits)" section of the filter has changed.**
- After confirming, finally press the **"Search" button**.
2. Cause After setting the search criteria, there is a time lag while the system recalculates the number of results. If you press a button before this calculation is complete and the display changes, the search may be performed using the previous criteria.
