A. If you are using the LINE browser, the saving procedure is different.
While regular browsers (Safari and Chrome) automatically save the file, if you are viewing it within the LINE app, please follow these steps.
[How to save using the LINE browser]
- After pressing the download button, if a pop-up appears, press **"OK"**.
- If a pop-up appears with options like "Open" or "Yes," proceed as instructed.
- Once the PDF is displayed, please save it manually using your device's functions.
- For iPhone users: Select the "Share icon (square with an upward arrow)" at the bottom of the screen → "Save to 'Files'".
- For Android users: Select the "three dots (︙)" in the upper right corner of the screen, then select "Download".
[Regarding storage location]
Saved PDF files are stored in your device's "Files app" or "Downloads folder." Please refer to your device's instruction manual for details.
