- If you don't know your password Click the "Forgot your password?" button on the login screen and enter your email address. You can then use the verification code to reset your password.
- I can't log in even though I'm sure my password is correct. Please check for any input errors regarding full-width or half-width characters. You cannot log in if you are using a different character set (full-width alphanumeric characters/half-width alphanumeric characters) than the one used during registration. Please try switching your keyboard.
