A. It is calculated based on the "total for the past 31 days." (It does not reset on the 1st of the month.) PATOLO's payment limit (a cumulative total of 100 million yen within 31 days) is not reset on a monthly basis on the calendar. Instead, the limit is restored (removed) sequentially for each payment made 31 days after the previous payment.
- Example: If you spend 100,000 yen on March 1st → This 100,000 yen limit will only become available again on April 1st.
Q. Selecting "Previously Used Card" results in an error.
A. Due to a system change in April 2024, your previous card information has been reset. We changed our payment processing company on April 24, 2024. As a result, your past card information has not been carried over.
