PATOLO uses a system where points are only deducted once a date is confirmed. Points are temporarily deducted when you apply, but if the date does not materialize for any of the following reasons,All points used (referral fees and scheduling fees) will be immediately returned to your point balance.
- If the other party rejects you
- If there is no reply and the offer expires
- If a date is canceled after it has been confirmed
*Please note that this will be a "refund to your points balance" and not a cash refund.
