A. If you are "Dated," "Blocked," or "Deactivated," the buttons and profile will be hidden.
If any of the following three conditions occur, the system will no longer display the other person's profile details or the date confirmation button.
- Dated The date is complete, and either "after both parties have posted feedback" or "72 hours have passed since the date."
- I was blocked by the other person.
- The other party has withdrawn from the service.
[Display status on each screen]
- Member list (search): It will not be displayed. (It will also disappear from your favorites list.)
- Message box: Icon images and detailed profiles are not displayed, and the "Confirm Date" button also disappears.
- *If you have already gone on a date, a "Done" mark will appear next to your name.
Q. Can I message someone after our date is over (or after their profile has disappeared)?
A. If you have already dated, you can send messages. Your login status will no longer be visible.
- Message exchange If you've already dated someone, you can still send and receive messages even if their profile becomes inaccessible. We recommend continuing communication within PATOLO.
- Login status (online display) When your partner is in one of the three states mentioned above (dated, blocked, or deleted), your login status will always appear as "gray (offline)." They will not be able to see whether you are logged in or not.
Q. Is there a way to find out if the other person has blocked me or deleted their account?
A. No, we cannot determine that. It is a rule across all member stores that we cannot answer that question.
At PATOLO,The display specifications for "Blocked," "Deleted," and "Dated" were intentionally standardized. Therefore, it is not possible for the user to determine the reason.
Why is it designed so that they cannot be distinguished?
This is a consideration to prevent trouble and outbursts, and to end relationships amicably. Some members choose to block or withdraw for reasons such as "it's awkward and I can't say it directly" or "I don't want to be pursued." Considering the safety and mental burden on such members, we have adopted a system that "does not reveal the reason to the other party."
[About inquiries]
Even if you contact a participating store (club), they cannot tell you the reason why your profile is hidden (e.g., blocked, removed from membership). This is a common rule for all participating stores to maintain fairness, so we ask for your understanding.
