A. Please proceed through the "Purchase Points" section on your My Page.
- Payment Method and Amount Selection
- Card selection: Select either "Previously used card" or "New credit card".
- Amount selection: Select your desired amount from the "selection list" which includes bonuses, and tap "Proceed to Payment".
- Enter card information Enter your card number, etc.
- *Even if you use the same card as last time, you will need to enter the security code each time.
- *Please enter a phone number that starts with "090/080/070".
- Phone call verification (first time only) Follow the on-screen instructions and call your credit card company using the phone number you entered to complete the verification process.
- Payment complete and confirmed After confirming "Payment Successful," please be sure to return to the **"Original PATOLO Member Site Tab"** and refresh the screen.
- For Chrome: Please close the payment screen tab, return to the original tab, and reload the page.
- For Safari: Please reopen the member site to check if the changes have been reflected.

- The payment screen may not open in environments other than the recommended environment (Chrome/Safari).
- If you do not see the "Authentication Successful" screen, the payment has failed. Please try with a different card.
