A. This is due to access from overseas or the iPhone's "Private Relay" feature. For enhanced security, access from overseas IP addresses is restricted.

[Solution 1: When using an overseas VPN connection]
Your IP address may have been identified as being from overseas. Please connect to a Japanese Wi-Fi network and try accessing the site again.
[Solution 2: If you are using an iPhone (Important)]
If iCloud's "Private Relay" feature is turned ON, access will be blocked. Please turn it OFF by following the steps below.
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone.
- Tap "Apple ID (Your Name)" at the top.
- Tap "iCloud" → "Private Relay".
- Turn the switch "off" (select "Turn off private relay").
