The procedure for requesting to withdraw your membership is as follows. Please note that for female members, the points to note before withdrawing differ depending on the registration method (interview required or not).

- Those who have been interviewed by staff and registered Your cancellation request will be accepted, but if you have any outstanding dates, the concierge will contact you.Please be sure to reply and take action.
- Applicants who registered using a selfie photo (no interview required) you have toPlease contact the other party to cancel before submitting your withdrawal request.Please do.
- If you cancel your membership without prior notice (a so-called last-minute cancellation or no-show), you may be penalized with being denied re-registration or having your membership reactivated with a record of the violation.
3. Handling of data after withdrawal Your profile will be immediately removed after we confirm your withdrawal request. However, for the purpose of protecting our members (preventing harm and investigating fraud), we will retain your registration information for a certain period after your withdrawal.
