A. Yes, we require all members to verify their age. PATOLO has made age verification mandatory since December 16, 2024. You can use all of PATOLO's features after completing age verification.
[Regarding the deadline]
Members who did not complete the process by June 2025 will have their profile viewing and other features suspended. If you wish to resume using these features after the suspension, please contact your club (concierge).
[Important Notice to Male Members]
Your PATOLO membership period begins from your registration date. Please note that your membership period will not be extended even if age verification takes some time, so please complete the procedure as soon as possible.
Q. What types of identification can be used to verify age?
A. The following documents that are "within their validity period" can be used. If you do not have it on hand, please contact your club.
- Driver’s License
- My number card
- Passport *Only those issued on or before February 3, 2020 (those with a field for holder's information) are eligible.
