I can't pay by card with Patro! We apologize for the long wait for our members who have VISA, AMEX, and DINERS.

We sincerely apologize to all our members for the inconvenience caused when paying with PATRO cards.

Until now, the only brands that accepted card payments on the PATOLO member site were MASTER and JCB.
We are currently planning to replace our payment system, and the number of supported brands will be changed to MASTER, JCB, VISA, AMEX, and DINERS.

It will take some time until the new payment system is introduced to the member site.
As a temporary measure until the release, we have made it possible to pay by VISA, AMEX, and DINERS using the following methods.

Operating procedure

1. Press the “Purchase Points” button on My Page

2. Click the "Click here if you use VISA/AMEX/Diners" button at the bottom of the point screen

3. Jump to notes page

You will be redirected to a page explaining precautions and procedures for payment, so please read carefully before proceeding.
