I thought so and tried to write an article.
Basically, in order to meet people at PATOLO, after going through an interview with a member store, an account is created based on the profile information we have received, and the flow is clear and you can start using it.
As soon as preparations are complete, the agent (staff, coordinator) of the registered club (registered affiliated store) will inform you of your login information.
When you log in for the first time, you will be logged in with the PW created by the agent of the club in charge, so the first screen displayed when you log in for the first time is the password reset screen.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to improve security, please change to your own password m(_ _)m

XNUMX. Please log in first.
XNUMX. When you log in for the first time, the "Password Reset" screen will be displayed.
Please enter your registered email address.
Finally, press the "Send Email" button.
XNUMX. Enter the "authentication code" and set a new password.
A verification code has been sent to the registered email address you entered earlier.Please enter that number in the "Authentication Code" field.
*If you do not receive the e-mail, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check whether it is in another folder such as "spam folder", or set "contact@patolo.jp" as a designated reception, and reset your password again. We would appreciate it if you could try it.
If you scroll down, there is a field to enter a new password, so please set your own password from there.
Please use 8 digits or more.
