Are you familiar with FAQs and knowledge bases?

Did you know that PATOLO has an FAQ?
FAQ stands for "Frequently Asked Questions".
We are introducing articles about inquiries and questions that have been sent in the past.


We have also introduced some questions on the PATOLO official website TOP, but the contents are as follows.

If you press ANSWER on the right side, you can jump to the knowledge base article site and check the details.



There are many other questions and answers posted, so if you want to see them, you can check them by clicking the "See details" button to access the knowledge base site.



The knowledge base looks like this, and articles with a high number of accesses are displayed as popular articles.



To find a question, you can search by keyword from the search window.



To see recently posted articles, click "FAQ" in the top right corner.



"Recent Articles" are listed in order from the most recently posted articles, so please take a look at this as well.
